MIVAN PIN AND WEDGE

The "Pin and Wedge" system is a key feature of MIVAN technology. It consists of two main components:
Pins: These are metal pins or connectors that are used to join the aluminum formwork panels together. Pins are inserted into pre-designed holes or slots in the formwork panels to create a rigid and secure connection.
Wedges: The wedges are used to tighten and lock the pins in place. Once the pins are inserted, wedges are driven into slots, ensuring a tight and secure fit between the panels.

WALL TIES AND PULLERS

Wall ties are structural components used in construction to connect or tie together two wythes (vertical layers) of masonry in a cavity wall system. A cavity wall typically consists of an outer layer (wythe) of brick or other masonry and an inner layer (wythe) of concrete or another masonry material.
